Warm greetings, beautiful souls!  With deep reverence for the healing arts and a profound love for guiding others on their journey, I am honoured to hold space for you as we embark on this sacred weekend in the bush.

For over a decade, I have dedicated myself to studying and practicing various modalities of self-exploration and personal growth. I am a certified breathwork facilitator, trained in the art of conscious breath and its power to unlock deep healing and expansion. Additionally, I am passionate about sound healing, ecstatic dance, and cacao ceremonies, recognising and witnessing their profound ability to awaken the senses and facilitate profound transformation.

My approach to facilitation is rooted in creating a safe and nurturing space for each participant to explore their unique journey. I am deeply committed to holding a loving and non-judgmental container that allows for deep self-exploration, personal empowerment, and heart-centered connection. With a gentle yet powerful presence, I guide individuals on a path of self-discovery, helping them unlock their innate wisdom and embody their fullest potential.
