The WEL Bar is hosting our very FIRST Sober Sips NA Festival on Tulsa's BEST (and heated) patio! Come sample a wide variety of non-alcoholic beers, wines, and spirits (from Oklahoma and national brands) plus enjoy mocktails crafted by our bar staff.
