WELCOME TO SOCIAL CIRCUS LAB

Social Circus Lab will help you to be a better friend to yourself and others, using the artforms of performance and visual art. Use circus to understand your own strengths and struggles, and see how you can use these to help others. Work with evidence-based tips and tricks for navigating the juggling act of life. Make visual art that depicts your own journey and take it home to share with your friends and family.

Light refreshments will be provided.
All art materials will be provided.

WHAT OUR PARTICIPANTS SAY:
“I really liked the whole thing! Very fun and felt very safe and comfy. I felt welcome
to share the whole day!”

“really engaging, challenging but fun, and allowed us to learn more about others
while also closely aligning the circus theme with the suicide prevention."

“I think all the facilitators did a great job and I really liked everyone and felt
comfortable around everyone. Everyone was kind and funny and relatable without
trying too hard and were really good at creating a space where everyone felt
comfortable and not judged.”
