Social Drought Resilience Co-design Workshop-Boyup Brook Location

The South West Catchments Council invites not for profit organisations in the Shires of Boyup Brook, Bridgetown-Greenbushes, Donnybrook-Balingup, Manjimup to collaboratively identify and prioritise local projects that build social resilience and prepare and adapt for the impact of drought.
Local not for profits that support 18-35yr old's and First Nations people are encouraged to attend. Two workshops are offered where organisations can contribute projects to be considered for funding under the Helping Regional Communities Prepare for Drought Initiative – Community Impact Program.
The grant program will activate projects, events, initiatives, capability building activities and small scale community infrastructure to build local capability and networks in preparing and responding to drought. These workshops will help develop a project roadmap to inform a comprehensive plan for the above Shires.
