Impact 2 Innovate (I2I) is a landmark multi-year program to provide capacity building support and investment readiness support to Western Australian social enterprises and investors. The program focuses on the development of the social enterprise sector in Western Australia & we think it's time to host a hands-on workshop to do just that!

In this workshop we will cover:

+ The social enterprise landscape and why it matters

+ Business structures

+ Success stories and pitfalls to avoid

+ Validating your business idea

+ Knowing your why, who and how

Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is for pre-venture or early-stage social enterprises. Reach out to us if you're not sure!

We will break into smaller groups to have targeted discussion and education relating to your stage of business, and provide opportunities to come away with practical tools and next steps.

Pat Ryan – CEO, Dismantle

Dismantle uses hands-on activities to connect with and mentor young people at-risk of long term unemployment, to enable them to become valued and valuable members of society. We fulfil our mission by running an organisation that achieves social impact through outcomes-based programs whilst generating revenue through profitable social enterprises.

Currently the organisation exists with a small range of initiatives, supporting youth participants to progress through outreach and early-intervention programs, then onto structured and paid work through social enterprises BikeDr. and ReNew Property Maintenance. Heading up this amazing organisation is a dream job for Pat!
