Scaling a social enterprise requires a different toolkit than starting one. Your focus is less on ‘doing everything’ and more on strategic leadership so you can build the systems, team and capital needed to sustain and scale your operations.

This style of leadership brings its own unique set of pressures. But forming connections with others facing similar challenges can help!

Join us for this special ‘Find Your People’ session, designed specifically for growth-phase and established social enterprise leaders and founders. This is not a webinar and there are no guest speakers and no slide decks. It is an opportunity to drop the "founder mask" and discuss the real operational and personal challenges of leadership with a community of peers.

What to expect:

These Founders Circles will take place quarterly throughout 2026.

This first session will focus on getting to know each other, sharing "Asks & Offers," and identifying specific challenges we want to dive deeper into for future sessions.

Is this the right space for me?

This event is intended to be a space for active social enterprise founders and leaders to share honest challenges and celebrate small wins. If you’ve built the foundation and are now navigating the complexity of scaling your impact, this is the place for you!

To keep the focus on peer-to-peer, we’re keeping this circle exclusive to active founders/leaders of established or growth stage enterprises. If you’re a service provider or sector supporter, we’d love to have you join us at our upcoming general networking sessions instead.
