    Event description

Catalyst 2030 is the global movement mobilising to accelerate the achievement of the UN SDGs by 2030.

The Social Enterprise Scholar Practitioner Network was formed to create a closer bond, intersectional identity and knowledge exchange between social enterprise practitioners and academia.

Following the Social Enterprise World Forum 2022, SESPN is presenting two speakers at our regular monthly virtual meet-ups.

At the Tuesday session, join us as we hear from Professor Eddie Blass.

Professor Eddie Blass left her academic career to pursue the Inventorium, a scaleable online education platform and high school curriculum that is systemically different from current education systems.  She has worked in Business Schools and Education Faculty, and is also a qualified school teacher.

In working with the students in the Inventorium, Eddie has become enlightened as to how teenagers are using gaming to change their world, and how this could translate into a new world order and future if it were to be realised.  This session questions the extent to which our own paradigms and understandings are limiting the impact of these changes, and discusses a research agenda to help progress and change.
