SOCIAL EVENT - Octopus Meditation God solo art exhibition by Lauren Hart

Come explore Laurens charming take on all things ‘Octopus Meditation God’ in her Solo Exhibition over tasty food and beverage. The exhibition will feature 108 watercolour pieces, journaling her unique reflections on Vedic knowledge. Since learning Vedic Meditation in 2023 her art has taken a new direction; ‘When the mind is quiet you have greater capability to look past the familiar and see the true nature of things’. I hope people will find a sense of familiarity and humour with the work, meditators and non- meditators alike.’

Laurens original art and print will be available for purchase throughout October, with all proceeds contributing towards her journey to becoming an Initiator of Vedic Meditation with Thom Knoles.

About Lauren

Lauren moved to the Jervis Bay area in 2021, she works with watercolour, acrylic and has a deep affinity with oil. Since she was old enough to hold a brush she’s been creating and hasn’t stopped since. Predominately inspired during Exploring the Vedas and Mastering the Siddhas, her most recent Watercolour collection takes on a unique approach to expressing ancient wisdom through modern art. She is stoked to be sharing her art with the like-minded community of HERE 2024.
