The day will include workshops tailored to your projects, experts on social inclusion and community wellbeing, and connecting with other organisations from across the Frankston region.
This also a time to connect with the Social Inclusion Action Group (SIAG) Frankston, find out about opportunities for future partnerships, priorities and funding available.
Who is this for?
Anyone who work or volunteers in the social inclusion space! From community gardens and volunteer groups, to sport and recreation venues, Council, neighbourhood centres, schools, and everything in between.
The Summit is focussed on Frankston City, this includes projects across Frankston, Seaford, Karingal, Carrum Downs, Langwarrin, Frankston North, Frankston South, Skye, and surrounds.
The Social Inclusion Action Group has now funded 35 projects across over 70 community groups, organisations, venues and schools and we particularly encourage those who've received funding to attend.

Choose a workshop: Accessible resources - discuss how to use practical tools such as social stories, access guides and other resources that help remove barriers to participation. How to reach and engage the community - learn strategies for connecting with diverse community members and building meaningful engagement. Making Culturally safe organisations and your Own Acknowledgement to Country - learn strategies for building cultural safety in your organisation and develop a personal, authentic Acknowledgement to Country.

- Where is Cube 37?
Cube 37 is located next to the entrance to Frankston Arts Centre, situated on the corner of Davey and Young Streets.

- Getting there by car and parking

Front door pick up and drop off point
5 minute pick-up and drop-off access is available right at the front of the venue.
Accessible parking bays
Davey Street (1 space)
Playne Street (2 spaces) Access the Centre foyer by lift behind the Library.
FAC Car Park (3 spaces on Level 3 and 2 spaces on other levels)
Access FAC foyer by lift on each level.
Undercover parking at Frankston Arts Centre

Entry via Young Street. A lift is accessible in the car park, which will arrive in the Frankston Arts Centre foyer. Walk through foyer to the outside and next door to Cube 37.Parking has a height restriction of 2.0m. Please note, rates apply:

- What is accessibility like at Cube 37?
Toilet
Cube 37 provides toilet facilities that cater for limited mobility and wheelchair access. All accessible toilets are gender neutral.
Flat surfaces
All rooms are wheelchair accessible, with flat surfaces and wide doors.
Baby change
There are two Baby Change areas located within the accessible toilets at the Frankston Arts Centre.
Assistance Animals
Assistance Animals are permitted within the venue.
Cube 37 floorplan
We will be using Studio North, Studio South, Lab 1 and Lab 2 rooms, as well as the enclosed courtyard (if weather permits).

- Will food and refreshments be provided?
Yes. The event will provide food and drink, please let us know of any dietary requirements when reserving tickets so we can plan accordingly.

We will have a range of different food options!
Please ensure you let us know of your dietary needs when booking your ticket so we can cater to you.
- How much is the event?
Free, although you need to register tickets for each person intending to attend to help us plan activities and catering needs.
- Can children or under 18s come?
Yes, we welcome everyone to the event.
All people under 16 years need to have an accompanying adult
For parents with young children, there are change facilities in Frankston Arts Centre. There will be some kids activities available, although parental supervision needed.
