    Social media can be a powerful branding, marketing, and customer service channel for your business. This comprehensive workshop will provide an understanding of its value and impact, and teach effective strategies to engage your audience and nurture customer relationships.

    By the end of this session, you will:

    • Understand the significance of social media marketing, and the benefits and challenges it poses for your business;
    • Identify the most relevant social media platforms for your business, and how to choose the right ones for your target audience;
    • Acquire the knowledge and tools to establish an effective and sustainable social media presence.

    During the workshop you will create an action plan which will include setting achievable goals and objectives for your social media strategy, identifying the steps to begin implementing this strategy and improving your social media marketing.

    You will leave this workshop with the confidence and understanding to establish an effective and sustainable social media presence for your business.


    Your Presenter: Ben Woodward

    Ben is a communications specialist with well over a decade of social media marketing experience for small businesses, corporates, and nonprofit organisations. Combined with a background in photography, video production and graphic design, Ben is also able to advise on content strategy and production.
