This is a great opportunity to enjoy exercise, meet new friends, and simply have a good time on the court. Everyone is welcome—no experience necessary!

This session is part of Livingstone's Active Seniors Week, funded by the Queensland Government and supported by COTA Queensland, aimed at promoting physical activities for seniors during Queensland Seniors Month.
