TESTIMONIALS

Responsibility - “I now feel empowered by the group. Our Co-operative members meetings have shifted from being run by one board member to having a team contributing and taking on responsibility for the meeting. Sociocracy works and the community is becoming strong!” Tony Hester, Site Manager, Narara Ecovillage, NSW, Australia

Cooperation - “Sociocracy allows us to get things done while engaging and involving everyone in a positive way. People come to meetings more prepared and more informed, which saves a lot of time.” Hope V. Horton, Hart’s Mill Ecovillage, Efland, North Carolina, USA

Trust - “Sociocracy has allowed us to have open-hearted conversations about emotionally-laden topics and develop policies we were not able to handle before. One visitor, new to sociocracy, was in awe of the trust and open communication in our meeting.” Cynthia Kennedy, Founding Member, Dance Floor International, UK
