Sock Drawer Heroes Shop Day & Exhibition

Come along and say hello, browse, get advice on sizing for gender affirmation gear, and generally have a cute time being among the trans and gender diverse community.

After some great feedback from our first Pop Up Shop we have decided to make 9:30am - 10:30am and 2:30pm - 3:30pm sensory friendly hours.
This is to help reduce anxiety and sensory overwhelm for those in our community who may benefit from a less overwhelming environment.

We have limited the amount of tickets for these time slots so please only select these times if you (or someone you are with) feel this would help you to be more confident and comfortable in accessing this event.

Tickets are FREE, we just want to make sure entry is spaced out so the day isn't too overwhelming.

We will also be hosting an exhibition of work by Samuel Luke.

“Gender Euphoria Looks Good on You” - An Archival Exhibition of Samuel Luke. Featuring a collection of drawings, prints, comic books, embroidery and quilted works highlighting gender affirming moments in Samuel’s life. 

Samuel uses his art to both process and document his gender transition. From early moments of longing for his future body, to his top surgery recovery, exploring his sexuality as a gay trans man, to then reconnecting to his childhood self and finally feeling at ease again.
