This year, we’re proud to be fundraising for two incredible local emergency services: St John Ambulance and the Queenstown Volunteer Fire Brigade.

About the Organisations We're Supporting

· St John Ambulance provides essential emergency medical services across New Zealand, including ambulance response, first aid training, event medical services and community health programs. Their local presence ensures that Queenstown residents and visitors receive rapid, professional care when it matters most.

· Queenstown Volunteer Fire Brigade is a dedicated team of local volunteers who respond to fires, vehicle accidents, medical emergencies and search and rescue situations throughout the region. Their bravery and commitment help protect lives, homes and natural landscapes around Queenstown and the wider Wakatipu area.

All funds raised on the day go directly to supporting these two vital services, helping them continue their incredible work in our community.

Event Details

Tables are arranged in a communal style, so you may be seated at a large table with other guests. To ensure your group is seated together, please book tickets as one group.

Served to share:

- Fire-roasted bread with olive oil and balsamic

-Marinated olives

-Mallorcan hummus, duck liver parfait or taramasalata

-Goat’s cheese croquettes with honey and toasted almonds

Main dishes:

-BBQ’d free-range chicken with preserved lemon polenta, hibiscus harissa and spring onion

-Market fish with sofrito, mussels, confit potatoes, fennel salad and salsa macha

Sides:

-Leafy greens with pepitas, sprouts, broccoli and chardonnay vinaigrette

-Potato bravas with roasted onion and rosemary salsa
