Seeds of Ember V 19.09

We SoE the seeds once again this Sunday evening.

This evening will be a 60 minute movement flow, 90 minute sound bath and mantra chanting to conclude. Throughout the session our dear friend Shylie Fox will also be holding space, channeling universal energy through a collective reiki experience.

As always, in our opening meditation, we set our intention.
We activate the prana • vitality and life force • with breathing techniques.
Together we rise and shake it out, releasing stagnant energy, we let it all go and free flow.
Now the body is open and at one, we become still as we ground in savasana.
Diving deep into physical relaxation, this rippling through the energy of creation.
Letting go of thoughts and tension, we embody a higher dimension.

Guidance weaving from singing bowls, gongs, harp, flutes, handpan, shamanic drum and didgeridoo. All to be felt and seen within the mystics of this dream.

We end with a collective mantra to activate the vocal expression and heart centre.

Please bring the following:

- yoga mat (we can provide if needed)

- fresh water

- comfortable, breathable, moveable clothing

- a pillow for head support during sound bath

- a blanket for warmth

- eye pillows, bolsters (optional)

- openness and love

Aim to arrive around 5:15pm - doors close at 5:35pm
