Hi, I’m Maddison, and I’m passionate about creating spaces where people can slow down, reconnect, and find ease in their lives. I believe that in today’s busy world, it’s essential to carve out moments where we can tune into our bodies and nourish ourselves with care and loving-awareness.
My approach to teaching is gentle and welcoming, whether you’re new to yoga or already have an established practice. I focus on mindfulness and intentional movement, helping you step away from the busyness of life and into a more grounded, centered space. After our time together, I hope you’ll leave feeling refreshed and reconnected to yourself.
