Softening into Self

A Pre-Full-Moon Sound Journey

An invitation to step away from the demands of everyday life, settle into stillness and give yourself space to rest.

Join me for an intimate group sound journey at The Shala, Kosha Connections, where the gentle sounds of crystal singing bowls will accompany you as you pause and reconnect with yourself.

Our evening falls beneath a waxing gibbous Moon, just days before fullness, with the Moon in Pisces and Scorpio season beginning.

Drawing on these astrological themes, we’ll explore reflection, intuition and compassion an invitation to turn inward, honour what you’re feeling and reconnect with what matters to you.

You don’t need to arrive feeling calm or have anything figured out. Come as you are, get comfortable and allow yourself this time.
