Armadale Gosnells Landcare Group are excited for the next workshop in our Learning Landcare series:

Soil Care

Presented by EarthWhile Australia, participants will learn about what is living in our soil, the importance of soil biology to ecosystem health and how we can incorporate soil restoration into our Landcare projects.

We will:

  • identify the different types of soil microorganisms.
  • learn about the soil food web.
  • learn how to use microscopes and other techniques to assess what is living in our soil.
  • Discuss techniques for improving soil health.



This workshop is supported by the Community Bank Roleystone-Karragullen and Perth NRM’s ‘Make Your Hectare Count!’ project, through funding from the Western Australian Government’s State NRM Program.
