YOUR FACILITATORS:
Monica Posada | @_solbeing_
Mon is a meditation teacher, space holder, and founder of Sol Being - a heart-led community offering spaces for people to reconnect with their inner world through the power of presence and connection. After a pivotal accident in 2021, Mon was forced to slow down and reassess everything. That unexpected pause led her to the art of paying attention (a.k.a mindfulness). Through her warm, calming presence and gentle guidance, Mon now dedicates her life to holding space for others to just BE - to relax, be still and deepen their awareness through mindfulness practices.
