Your experience begins with a 45-minute beginner-friendly Reformer Pilates session led by the incredible Sam from Club Pilates North Lakes. Move, stretch and strengthen your body while a local DJ sets the mood with uplifting beats, creating an atmosphere that feels more like a luxury social club than a traditional fitness class.

Following the session, guests are invited to stay and enjoy our signature SOL Social experience with a relaxed mix-and-mingle held in the outdoor social space in front of Club Pilates. Sip on a handcrafted margarita, enjoy a beautifully curated individual charcuterie cup, connect with new friends, capture content-worthy moments and unwind in a welcoming atmosphere designed for genuine connection.
