Join me for the third of our seven-part workshop series, where we'll harness the energy of the Solar Plexus Chakra through journal prompts, yoga (including pranayama & meditation), and sound healing. You'll also learn practices to work through childhood wounds, and cultivate your innate essence, to let your authentic self radiate in the world.
Your inner guidance system is connected to how you feel about situations, people, things people say or do to you and what you spend your time on. Do you feel like you're living out of alignment with your inner guidance system? Then this may be the session for you.
The solar plexus chakra, Manipura in Sanskrit, governs these aspects of our being and is located at the center of your abdomen, just above the navel. Associated with the color yellow and the element of fire, it's the seat of our personal power and self-esteem.
In this intimate Friday evening gathering, we will begin with self-reflection and inner exploration through journal prompts tailored to tap into where there may be an inbalance in the solar plexus chakra. This reflective process will provide a space for introspection, allowing us to unearth our true desires, goals, and ambitions, and to harness the power within to manifest our dreams into reality.
Next we will tap into practices that will help balance and activate the solar plexus chakra. I'll guide you through a gentle yoga flow, with pranayama (breathwork) and guided meditation, which will harness our inner strength and confidence, while cultivating a sense of connection and trust to our inner essence.
As we wind down the evening, immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of a closing sound healing, designed to harmonise and align the energy of the solar plexus chakra. Let the soothing sounds wash over you, melting away tension and any doubts around shining your authentic self brightly.

🌟 Suhaniya (she/her) is a Yoga Teacher and Sound Healer trained in a wide array of yoga styles and holistic practices. Her teaching journey began in 2019 with her first teacher training in the spiritual heartland of Rishikesh, India, where she honed her skills and journeyed further on a path of self-discovery. As a South Asian woman, Suhaniya has a deep reverence for the roots of yoga, and its profound philosophical underpinnings enrich her teachings.
She is also dedicated to making yoga accessible to all, emphasising modifications and individualised guidance to ensure every student feels supported on their unique yoga journey.
Suhaniya is equally fascinated by the power of Sound to soothe the body and help individuals enter a meditative state, which she does through her individual and group sound healing sessions.
