According to the current Solar Cycle that we are currently in (25), we are approaching a Solar Maximum.

It has been predicted that this will happen sometime within the next 2 years.

According to space weather forecasters, the Solar Cycles move in approximately 11-year cycles, with a pinnacle of solar activity in the middle.

And we are about to approach this for the Solar Cycle 25 that we are in right now.

On the run-up to, during, and after the solar maximum, there is an increase in solar activity (solar flares, CMEs (Coronal Mass Ejections), etc), which can lead to an increase in geomagnetic storms, auroral activity, and interruptions with technological and electromagnetic devices and systems on Earth and in space (including satellites).

It can also affect our health and well-being and electromagnetic circuitry and nervous systems as humans, as we integrate the incoming light and energies too.

Solar flares are categorised using B, C, M and X Class to determine their intensity. With X Class Solar Flares being the most powerful/intense.

The sun emitted 6 X Class Flares last year and we have already experienced 4 within the first 6 weeks of 2023. And given the fact that we are moving towards the solar maximum, they are only set to increase.

The first three solar flares of 2023 happened on 6th, 9th and 10th Jan. And I definitely felt and was aware of the intensity of them, as a highly sensitive person.

I had a flare-up of a physical ailment, out of nowhere, that I hadn't experienced for over 5 months, so it was very apparent to me, the importance of being aware of when these larger X Class flares are likely to happen and how best to navigate the incoming solar energies from the sun, especially when directed at Earth.

And even though I eat very healthily and take very good care of my body, it feels like we are going to need to step things up with regard to navigating the increase in solar activity and flares. Especially for those of us who are highly sensitive.

During the time that I was unwell/resting, I spent 3 days researching solar flare activity over the last 25 years and the previous two Solar Cycles (23 & 24), to best prepare myself for the solar maximum that is approaching.

I also saw and found patterns in times of the year and certain times within lunar cycles when increased solar activity and X Class Flares and strong M Class Flares are likely.

So that I am aware of and prepared for these times of the year over the next 3 years.

Especially when it comes to travel/technology.

For example, the day after the 3rd X Class flare of the year on the 10th), all planes in the US and in US aerospace were grounded due to a nationwide systems failure. That for me is directly related to the 3 X Class flares that happened in the days running up to that failure.

Nothing to worry about at all, but if we are prepared for the times of the year when it is possible that this solar activity is likely to be stronger and more frequent, we can at least know what action we can take to best navigate those times with as much ease and grace as possible.

In this class, I will be sharing specific information on:

- Frequency of X and M Class flares by year over the last 25 years to show and demonstrate the peaks and troughs of a Solar Cycle

- Particular days, months, and portals when X and M Class flares have been more likely on the run-up to, during and after solar maximums in the last 2 cycles

- Synchronicities between heightened solar flare activity and specific times during a solar cycle, close to, during, and after a solar maximum

- Personal predictions for specific dates of potential heightened solar flare activity over the next 3 years and during the solar maximum

- Information about the Carrington Event (one of the largest X Class flares ever recorded) and another that has happened within the last 25 years

- Guidance on actions, choices, and decisions you can make to best flow with and integrate with as much ease and grace as possible, incoming solar flare activity, especially when its very strong/intense

This 90 minute class will be held on Thu 16th Feb from 10.00 - 11.30am AEDT/Sydney time. And there will be space for an extra 30 mins after for any additional questions that aren't covered in the 90 minute transmission.

I found it very interesting doing this research. And I feel more prepared, as a highly sensitive person for the increasing solar activity and flares that will be coming in the next few years.
