We all have an innate ability to sense what is aligned for us, yet sometimes it can be difficult to know how to connect to and trust those feelings. This month we will focus on bringing awareness to the power you already have within and how you can tap into it for a more empowered ability to listen to, understand and take action in alignment with your gut feelings. We are bringing together a variety of techniques centered around this topic so that we can offer you multiple ways of achieving your desired results.

Event schedule:

7pm-8:30pm: We will begin with a check-in and then Dawn will guide us through a gentle movement practice after which Kelly will transition into a guided yoga nidra practice, after which Leah will lead you into a solar plexus chakra process incorporating movement and sound.

Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in.

Yoga mats & blankets will be provided, but you may bring your own things if you prefer to ensure your comfort.

Dawn will guide you on how to tune into the sensations and language of your body, where you will be given space to expand the depths of your self-awareness.

Kelly will guide you through a deeply relaxing yoga nidra process to help align you with your greatest degree of overall wellness.

Leah will lead you through a guided process involving meditation and movement, which will be focused on the solar plexus chakra and how to more deeply feel, trust and listen to your gut feelings.
