A three-hour training course written and presented by Rev. Silvia Purdie. 

An introduction to faith-based mental health first aid.

3.        Avoiding common pitfalls

4.        The top 4 needs of people in mental distress

5.        Safe and helpful questions to ask

6.        Ways to bring the peace of Christ

This training is relevant to anyone who enjoys conversations and wants to be more confident in talking with people in hard places. Especially for those in ministry and home group leadership or in a pastoral care role.
