    The Zen Tea Lounge Foundation invites you to join us for a truly special event, "Solidarity Against Family Violence." 

    This evening of compassion and unity promises to be unforgettable as we come together to support a cause that affects countless lives within our communities. Together, we can make a difference.

    Step into a world of solidarity as we gather at the Smithfield RSL Club, who we wholeheartedly thank for supporting this event. 

    Your ticket to this event includes a three-course meal, carefully curated to tantalize your taste buds and satisfy your cravings. In addition, non-alcoholic beverages will be served throughout the night, ensuring everyone can enjoy the evening responsibly.

    Our traditional candle ceremony will remember and honour those no longer with us as we collectively state our commitment to standing up against family violence.

    Our MC Carol Ferrone

    Carol Ferrone is a captivating TV and media Personality, MC and public speaker renowned for her expertise in Living History Immersive Experiences.

    Carol’s charismatic presence and deep understanding of historical events make her a sought-after MC, presenter and speaker, enthralling audiences with engaging storytelling and insightful perspectives.

    Whether on screen or stage, Carol’s passion for immersive experiences has made her a pioneer in the field. 

    Her hit ‘Back in Time…’ series on ABC TV, brought Australian history to life, living through over 170 years of our nation’s past.

    Through those experiences, she has been able to tell to tell the stories of those who have roamed before us. 

    Carol is passionate about food, history, culture & Immigration, human interest stories, fashion throughout the decades and how this has shaped our culture and the country we call home.

    Tony Hoang International Speaker & Gangster Pastor, is the the son of Vietnamese refugees. He endured domestic violence, driving him to join a notorious gang at 13, resulting in imprisonment at 14. 

    Despite release, he remained in the drug trade, seeking to belong. Tragically, 16 friends fell victim to drug overdoses and violence.

    In 2004, Tony transformed his life, sharing his redemption story worldwide with schools and organisations. 

    With over a decade empowering disengaged youth, he founded Inspire180 to break the cycle of destruction.

    Now a devoted husband and father of six, Tony's inspiring journey continues to capture media attention.

    Chantelle O'Donohoe is a Miss Universe Contestant & DV Survivor.


    After enduring a physically, emotionally and mentally abusive relationship, Chantelle was broken. 

    She had lost her identity and didn’t know how to find strength and self-worth.

    Through sharing her story and donating her time to others, Chantelle rebuilt her life on her own terms.

    Chantelle, a proud Nukunu and Ngadjuri woman, became known for her contributions, won accolades in the volunteering and community and was named in the Top 25 Australians contributing to social impact.

    She became Ms Charity Australia 2019-2021; Charity Queen of the Year and Humanitarian of the Year at the Australian Beauty Pageant Awards.
