Join Girls on the Run of Montgomery County’s Advisory Council & [solidcore] for the second class of our Sweat Series. Let's sweat for a great cause! [solidcore] is a high-intensity, low-impact full-body workout on a pilates-inspired reformer. With the lights down and music up, you’ll find a stronger version of yourself by the first song change. Our core workout utilizes slow and controlled movements scientifically designed to break down muscles to failure so they build back [stronger]. Sunday, March 30, at 3pm
- Held at [solidcore] Downtown Bethesda location: 7101 Wisconsin Ave Suite 101, Bethesda, MD 20814
