What to Expect

• A relaxed yet refined backdrop - where old-world European charm meets laid-back local warmth. The POLO’s character-filled interiors and inviting ambience create the perfect setting for authentic connection and good times.

• Warm Welcomes – You will be greeted with a smile, a name tag and a complimentary glass of champagne or beverage from the well-stocked European inspired bar.

• Cocktail party setting – Some European inspired nibbles curated by the Polo’s bistro in the small function room which is full of nostalgic charm. Cozy seating spaces for chatting, or enjoying a bite or a unique beverage

• Interactive Activities – Nothing too “wild”, just enough to open the evening, keep the mood light, with an easygoing dynamic to get conversations flowing, and fun vibes for an opportunity to share a laugh together.

• “Pre and Post Game” Options – If you would like to start your evening with a meal the bistro (6pm) and bar will be open (5pm). Our function room and the POLO’s public bar and lounge will remain open to enjoy later into the evening noting cake will also be provided.
