Solo Parenting Mom Support Group

You cook, clean, manage the schedules, run the kids to practices, care for the dog, and handle everything in between—all while your partner is away for work.

Now it’s time to pause and allow someone to pour into you.

Vibe Behavioral Wellness and Graceful Balance Wellness are partnering to create a monthly support group for moms who understand the unique challenges of frequently parenting alone. Whether your spouse or partner serves in the military or police force, works as a pilot, travels for government or corporate work, or has another career that regularly takes them away from home, you deserve a community of women who truly get it.

This group is a space to:

✨ Build meaningful connections
✨ Share the realities of solo parenting
✨ Receive encouragement and support
✨ Care for yourself without guilt
✨ Create a dependable network of moms in similar circumstances

You may carry much of the responsibility at home, but you do not have to carry it alone.

First Gathering: Friday, August 21 at 5:30 PM
Location: Provided upon RSVP to maintain confidentiality. Our first meeting will be held at a local park in Hanover, PA (children welcome).

Join us as we build a community of moms who understand the hard days, celebrate the wins, and remind one another that support is available.
