Join Lisa - Solace of Sound and I Charlotte - Nurtured Heart Living for an evening of movement through the elements. Two hours of divine energy shifting and embodiment (dance and movement) held and guided by the essence of ceremonial cacao inviting freedom within by opening our heart centres supporting us as we immerse into a divine soundscape taking us through the elements with guided dance and movement.

Be willing to be led by your heart as she opens with the encouragement of our divine Kakao. Be moved by the music and Lisa's poetic vocals created and channelled intentionally to facilitate your guided movement journey. Allow yourself to drop into your body and move as you are led.

We will create a beautiful ambient and safe space with low lighting for those who may feel a little worried about letting go.

Solace of Sound is an electronic music creator and singer songwriter, a former award winning UK DJ and visual artist. Ethereal grooves, ambient spirit and Indie Chill with Electro transient beats. She blends genres and produces quality electronic music and beats overlaid with haunting, poetic and thoughtful lyrics. Her fascination with our subconscious realms and ideas and her shamanic explorations create a visionary landscape and transformative experience to her music.
