🌙 A Sonic Sanctuary for the Soul

Join us for a nourishing sound ceremony honouring the Winter Solstice - a time to rest in sacred sound, release the old, and welcome the returning light.

This intimate experience weaves together live vocals, original songs, mantra, Mayan temple flute, and immersive soundscapes, guiding you into a space of deep rest, renewal, and regeneration.

Rather than a traditional concert, this is a lie-down, get cosy experience an invitation to soften the mind, turn inward, and be carried by the gentle waves of sound.

As the vibrations move through you, the body begins to unwind, the breath slows, and the nervous system settles into a deeply restorative state. Many people experience a sense of spaciousness, clarity, or simply the rare gift of true rest.

No experience is needed.
Come as you are, and allow yourself to receive.

Doors Open 3.45pm for a 4pm start

💛 Enhance Your Experience: Sacred Mantra Circle

Before the Sound Journey, you’re invited to join a Sacred Mantra Circle - a heart opening, interactive experience of singing together in a relaxed and supportive space.

Beginning with mantra can help you:

open the voice
release tension
drop out of the mind and into the body

…making it even easier to surrender into the Sound Journey that follows.

You’re welcome to attend either event on its own or both together.
If you choose to join both, you’ll receive a $10 discount when booking via the combined ticket option.

👉 More information on the Sacred Mantra Circle can be found here.

🧺 What to Bring

Something comfortable to lie on (yoga mat minimum, a mattress or camping mattress is preferable if you have one!)
A pillow for your head (and to sit on if you are doing the mantra circle too)
Warm socks
A blanket to keep cosy

🎶 Why Sound Healing?

Sound works on multiple levels, gently guiding the body and mind into a state of deep relaxation and restoration.

It can support:

slowing of the heart rate and breath
release of physical tension
a calming of the mind
a shift into a deeply restful, restorative state

As brainwaves soften into slower rhythms (alpha, theta, and delta), many people experience a meditative, dream-like state — where the body can rest, the mind can quiet, and deeper healing can unfold. The theta state is the creative state and is responsible for increased intuition and deeper connection to self.
