Join El from Being Breathwork and Em from Breaking Barriers Breathwork for a journey into the self as we invite in the Winter Solstice - a time of release and renewal.

Join us for a beautiful evening of deepening our connection with ourselves, reflection, embodiment and creating space within through a transformational breathwork journey held at the gorgeous and intimate space at Soul Collective.

This event is for anyone who is wanting to deepen their connection with themselves and others.

INCLUSIONS:

✨️ Embodiment and connection activities - guided activities to support deepening the connection with ourselves

✨️Conscious connected breathwork journey - a transformational somatic practice where we delve into our subconscious and into our body to feel, release, and clear whatever we are ready to. This practice takes us into a non-ordinary state of consciousness which supports the expression of stuck emotions, memories, or simply daily stress that is being held in our soma, and supports our mental and emotional wellbeing - feeling lighter and more connected to ourselves. This journey will include a demonstration and be fully supported by trauma-informed breathwork practitioners.

✨️ Wear loose comfy clothing

✨️ Please avoid caffiene and heavy meals for 4 hours prior to the event

BREATHWORK CONTRAINDICATIONS 

Please be aware that this style of conscious connected breathwork can bring up emotion and memories that are needing to be healed. Safety is paramount and you will be supported and guided to ensure any emotion and memories are integrated into the body before we close. 

Please see below contraindications for undertaking this style of breathwork - if you are experiencing any of these or have any other conditon you would like to discuss, please contact Em or El before booking. 

CONTRAINDICATIONS

The following medical conditions are contraindicated to breathwork such as, but not being limited, to:

- Acute schizophrenia or bi-polar disorder

- Epilepsy

- Heart conditions (e.g. high blood pressure, history of stroke)

- Respiratory conditions (e.g. COPD, asthma)

- Pregnancy

- Recent surgery or serious injury (particularly to abdominal/chest)

- Detached retina or glaucoma

Having a contraindication from the above list does not necessarily mean you will be unable to participate, but will require medical consult and clearance prior to booking. 

By completing this booking, you acknowledge that you do not have a contraindication from the above list, or if you do, you have advised the organisers and sought medical advice and clearance.

Please note that tickets to this event are non-refundable - if you have extenuating circumstances arise please contact the organisers to discuss.
