A Solstice Women's Circle for Reflection

Every year in December I spend time alone reflecting on the year I have just lived through. I ponder, question, explore and mine all the observations, insights and wisdom.

What happened? How did I adapt and learn? What surprised me? What lessons kept appearing? What patterns did I observe?

When we deeply reflect and listen we allow space for the magnificence of our lives to be truly felt and valued. The feelings sensed, the tastes and smells experienced, the sensations of life lived through our bodies. What did we love? What made us feel alive? What overwhelmed us? What growth did we bear witness to?  

All those insights need a sacred space to be documented, to be stored for future reference to support us creating the changes we want to make and to help us build the resilience we know we need in our daily lives.

As this year draws to a close we will use ritual and ceremony along with writing prompts, guided visualisations, collage, and oracle cards to dive into this deeply nourishing process that will empower you for the year ahead.

There are three scholarship spaces available. If you would like to apply for a spot please contact me here . Tickets are $20 for this event.

We will open the circle at 7am AEST Sunday 20th December 2020 and it will run for 1 hour and 45 minutes, closing at 8:45am.

UK : Saturday 19th December 8pm 

USA: Saturday 19th December  PT -12pm  ET - 3pm

Please bring a drink/snacks, a few magazines, scissors, a glue stick, A4 paper, pen/pencil.
