Join us for a Yin Winter Solstice Sound Bath as we gather again with 7 healers to activate through sound & crystal frequencies.
We honour the yin cycle of the earth in winter solstice with heart opening cacao to anchor the divine feminine within.
Lie down in the warmth of this cosy yoga studio to receive from the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and chimes with some hands on Reiki and energy healing.
Be guided into a deep spiritual journey to listen to those gentle heart whispers within.
