Solsticio: A Winter Solstice Workshop

Celebrate the longest night of the year with an intentional and reflective solstice workshop hosted by Yo Soy Collective at Dukanna, Coburg.

Facilitated by practicing bruja and visual artist, Denisse Sandoval (aka Boss Witch D), we will come together to learn about some of the myriad winter solstice celebrations across Abya Yala (Latin America), before working on an intentional collage art piece to take home. 

Join us for this cosy and creative solstice workshop to find some warmth in the depths of winter. Complete with tea and tasty treats, you will leave feeling renewed with clarity and by communal art making.

Tickets include: workshop, materials, tea/coffee, snacks, and of course, your collage.

This event is for/by Latinx/e people, but is open to anyone who wishes to attend. We'd love to see you there!

This event is run by Yo Soy Collective, a not-for-profit arts collective who produce programs and events for Latinx creatives. All ticket proceeds go towards future collective initiatives.

• It's winter, let's keep one another safe. This is a masks-encouraged event!
