Soluna Sacred Sound Half Day Retreat

You’re Invited to a Beautiful Half-Day Retreat in Kirkland this Sunday 🌿(the address will be released to attendee in an email)

Valera and I (Amaris) are thrilled to host a vibrant, heart-centered gathering designed to nourish your mind, body, and spirit. This intimate retreat (around 20 participants) offers a powerful opportunity for self-reflection, inner peace, and authentic connection with others.

We’ll begin our gathering with an outdoor community potluck and share a picnic outside weather permitting. The Rose temple has a beautiful and serene yard so it will be a great space to hold us. As of right now, the forecast is going to be very sunny that day so hopefully that holds. There is a also a pool there so feel free to bring a suit and towel to cool off if you like. Guests are welcome to come up to an hour early to enjoy some extra hangout time and swimming :).

Next, we will start our opening circle. We will do some embodiment practices to open our energy fields and authentic relating practices to connect with one other.

From there we will offer a traditional Japanese tea ceremony. Together, we will create a meditative space and set our intentions for the evening or the week or the summer :)

After the tea ceremony, you will be invited you get comfortable and enjoy a deep meditative sound healing journey. Let the gentle vibrations of sound wash over you, releasing tension, quieting the mind, and guiding you back to your center. Through curated sound experiences, we help you slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your inner calm. Sound is more than just vibration—it’s medicine. Our sound baths are designed to support nervous system regulation, reduce anxiety, and promote restful sleep. These sessions offer a powerful reset for your mind, body, and spirit. Its a fully immersive experience complete with aromatherapy, live vocals, hand on reiki and healing sound vibrations. SPECIAL GUEST at this sound bath and long time friend, Beverly Brossman (Bevani Flute), who has a masters in classical flute perfermance, will be joining us and adding to the experience with her AMAZING and beautiful flute playing. She is incredible, and the 3 of us love working together!

This event is meant for adults only. Possible for kids to join up until the sound bath. We really want no distractions for that portion of the evening.
