Solutions Circle

A members-only evening where small circles of business owners work on each other’s real problems, with everyone under a signed confidentiality agreement. Twelve minutes each, specialists on hand, and you go home with a first step.

Every business owner has one: the problem you keep coming back to at 10pm.

On Thursday 19 November, bring it to Solution Circle.

This event is for you if:

• You have a real business problem you want solved

• You’ve been carrying it alone and haven’t handed it to anyone else yet

• You suspect there’s profit being left on the table

• You get a buzz out of helping other people’s businesses thrive

How it works
You’ll sit in a circle of six WiBMPF members, and everyone gets a 12-minute turn. You take two minutes to share your problem. Then the circle asks questions and offers ideas while you listen and take notes. You finish your turn with a first step and a date to do it by.

At the end we come back together and give one problem from each circle a final run with the whole room.

Specialists in the room
Our floaters are member specialists who move between the circles. When a good idea stalls on “Is that legal?”, “Can I afford it?” or “Would that actually work?”, they step in with a quick expert view. Watch for the reveal of who they are.

Nothing leaves the room
Everyone attending, floaters included, signs a confidentiality agreement. So say the real number. Name the difficult client. Admit the thing that isn’t working.

You’ll leave with:

• Feedback and opinions from business owners in similar positions

• Real ideas you can act on, from people who’ve faced the same thing

• Expert input when your problem needs more than opinion

• New allies and partnerships in business

Places are capped at 12 so every circle stays small and effective.
