Inga Giessmann is a seasoned Yoga Teacher, Transformational Life Coach, Intuitive Healer and Somatic Practitioner with over a decade of experience guiding individuals through profound personal growth and healing.

Inga takes a holistic and compassionate approach, drawing from a diverse range of modalities rooted in wellness, trauma-informed practices, and heart-centered methodologies, including Yoga, Breathwork, Energy Healing, Somatic Parts Work, EFT, and Life Coaching.
