Soma Beats is a guided breathing journey rooted in biochemical breathing and the Buteyko Method, and designed to help your body oxygenate cells and tissues more efficiently, improve blood flow, boost energy, and bring your nervous system back into balance (plus so many more benefits along the way).

We'll open with a few minutes of shaking to release tension from the body, so that when the journey begins, you can drop in with ease. Then, lying back with headphones on, you'll be guided through the breath as music layered with binaural beats helps stimulate your brainwaves and bring you into deep relaxation.

Bring a comfortable mattress, blankets, small pillows or anything that helps you feel warm and cosy. Camping gear works perfectly too - if that's what you've got, it might be exactly what you need.
