We come together to share stories and experiences. 

Guided by Spirit we will find a clear path to Soul through the art of connection to Mind & Body.

Come play, dance, let go and unfold with Spinal Energetics, as we experience together an energetic collective of releasing unserving stories, patterns and habits stored deep within the Nervous System that keep us limited. Step into a realm of limitless potential, find stillness, tap into your inner wisdom, feel safety, honour the body, the earth.

This is your time to experience your body on a Soul Level.

BRING - water - wear comfortable clothes. Preferably Light colour clothing. Avoid wearing dark colours. We invite light energy when we are enveloped in it.
