SOMA Connect offers a holistic approach to self-discovery and integration through movement, breath mechanics, and connection practices—laying the foundations for embodied experience, wisdom, and awareness.

In this workshop, we will explore our relationship with the spirit of the breath, weaving together direct experience and embodied education. Together, we will journey through:

Polyvagal Theory and the nervous system
Parts work: patterns, protectors, and inner dynamics
Working with the brain–breath connection
Choice points and nervous system responses
Expanded states of consciousness

A special element of this offering is mutual witnessing—holding space for another as they breathe, and then being witnessed in return. This powerful exchange deepens connection, trust, and embodied presence.

The day will be supported by somatic and movement practices to anchor the work into the body.
Limited to 20 participants (10 Pairs) for an intimate, supportive learning environment.
