From 3 March 2025, we're holding a 90-minute dance lab on Monday evenings — each is an invitation to express yourself through movement.

We dance to heal, uncover insight, connect, and release. We dance for the sheer joy of it.

No choreography. No judgement, No distractions.

Just pure liberation to an exquisitely mixed soundtrack.

2-hour free parking is available at West Village, with limited on-street parking. 15-minute walk to South Bank and South Brisbane train stations. Close to several West End bus routes, including the 199,198,196,192 and 60.

What is The 360 Emergence?

The 360 Emergence is an embodiment, free-form, spirit-driven movement practice motivated by an ethic of care and justice that bridges dance and personal growth, rigour and freedom, individuality and the global collective.

In the face of the discomfort and chaos of these challenging times... The 360 Emergence beckons us to dance.

Guided by live mixed music, The 360 Emergence experience offers participants a movement map for discovery, healing and actualisation.

What to expect?

❤️‍🔥 No phones or devices.

❤️‍🔥 We create a safe, inclusive space. All adults are welcome to join.

❤️‍🔥 Enter the room in silence, and be immersed in a curated soundtrack that evokes the senses.

❤️‍🔥 Hayley's voice will guide you as you attune to the music, your body, and what lies beneath.

❤️‍🔥 Move however you feel called to — respecting those around you.

❤️‍🔥 For some, the dance is one of stillness. For others, a jubilant jamboree. There is no "right way."

Meet your Facilitator

I'm Dr. Hayley Linthwaite, a creative provocateur for changemakers.

Every day, we dance on the razor’s edge between what is, and what could be. My life’s work is in the unlock – the crossing of that threshold.

I believe the dancefloor is a vital training ground for actualisation, adaptation and resilience in times of chaos and disruption. After all, the problems of today and tomorrow cannot be solved by the thinking of yesterday.

I am an accredited practitioner of The 360 Emergence, I hold a PhD in Applied Performance and have spent over 30 years igniting the sparks of transformative change all over the world.
