- a journey into the heart of your physical being. We often overlook the role our bodies play in our emotional and psychological wellbeing. This event invites you to explore the ways stress and tension become lodged in your body and how you can discharge this stress using breath, gentle touch, guided movements, and energy work to release these blockages and restore balance.
