About Soma x Spinal

Carly & Krystal welcome you to Soma x Spinal
- a journey into the heart of your physical being. We often overlook the role our bodies play in our emotional and psychological wellbeing. This event invites you to explore the ways stress and tension become lodged in your body and how you can discharge this stress using breath, gentle touch, guided movements, and energy work to release these blockages and restore balance.

Who This Is For

This carefully curated workshop is designed for individuals who:

Experience persistent physical tension and stress.
Looking for relief from inflammation or past injuries.
Feel "wound up" or stressed in their daily lives.
Have tried talk therapy, but need a different approach.
People who are into mindfulness, wellness, yoga etc. and want to try something new.
Anybody stuck in their head who needs clarity and a fresh perspective.
Lead busy lives and need a break to relax and rejuvenate.
Work in stationary environments such as desks and are seeking ways to incorporate more movement.
