4:30 PM–6:00 PM — How to Write for Performance Workshop

A practical and creative workshop led by Birmingham poet laureate Ayan Aden. Explore how to develop your writing and bring poetry to life through live performance.

6:00 PM–8:00 PM — Poetry & Traditional Night

An evening of spoken word and Somali culture featuring performances by Ayan Aden and spoken-word artist Zaynab Farah, alongside an open mic and Ciyaara Dhaqameed.
