What to Expect in Our 3-Session Journey:

Each session designed to build upon the last, yet can be experienced as stand alone / drop in sessions:

Week 1: Root & Release – Grounding in the Present
- Begin by gently arriving in your body, cultivating breath awareness, and discovering subtle ways to release accumulated tension. This session focuses on establishing a foundation of safety and presence, helping you to feel anchored and at ease in yourself.
Week 2: Flow & Form – Cultivating Embodied Expressiveness
- Building on your groundedness, this session invites fluid movement and personal expression. You'll explore your unique inner impulses, allowing your body to move authentically and freely, fostering a deeper connection to your creative and expressive self.
Week 3: Connection & Resilience – Moving with Support
- The final session explores themes of connection – with your inner resources, join others in shared space, and with the inherent resilience of your being. Through gentle exploration of support and belonging, you'll strengthen your capacity for adaptability and sustained well-being.
