Somatic Circle

This is a gentle introduction to self-regulation and embodiment, allowing you to unplug, switch off, and recharge in a safe, nurturing environment, led by Jo Flynn (Somatic Therapist) and Amy Stevens (Somatic Experiencing Coach). It’s a perfect space for those struggling with anxiety, chronic stress and brain fog to learn how to release the day’s stress and fatigue, restore energy and integrate insights for their work and personal lives.
