Sound, breathe and move in the way the most supports you at this time, remembering your creative power and returning anything that no longer serves you to the fertile soil of the earth, knowing that all that is released, nourishes that which wants to grow.

Allow this space to nourish you, to support you to move through any emotions and to leave you feeling more grounded, clear and connected to yourself.

We meet in the void where sound and rhythm dissolve the stories of who we thought we were, to enter the spaciousness of pure vibration. Without need to know, or get it right, anything is possible.
