Somatic Dance Summer Solstice Celebration

Our incredible Somatic Dance community are holding Summer Solstice events all throughout Aotearoa on (or around) Dec 22nd, a beautiful coming together of community, in connection with these natural rhythms and cycles.

I can imagine us all, dotted throughout the country dancing barefoot on the earth, sharing these vibrations throughout the land 💓

Natasha Mason, and I are holding down Taranaki with a Somatic Dance offering where we will be joined by sound ceremonialist Leah Rowe and her incredible healing songs. No this is not a sound journey but a weaving of voice, electronic music and guided somatic facilitation.
