This is a free-flowing dance experience, gently guided, with a thoughtfully curated playlist designed to take you on a liberating movement journey. We invite you to join us with curiosity and a willingness to explore this non-judgemental space. Is doesn't matter if you are a dancer or have 2 left feet, all of you is welcome.

Carolyn is an advocate of pursuing one’s dreams and aspirations, She believes that what truly matters is personal happiness, regardless of other peoples opinions. She has embraced wellness throughout her life, and despite dealing with old injuries and a hearing impairment, she continues to live life on her own terms.Recently, Carolyn completed a 100-hour Somatic Dance workshop led by the inspiring coach Sarsha Hope. She finds that dancing is incredibly beneficial for releasing stagnant energy and easing tight joints.

Join us at 6.30pm to drop into a grounding cacao circle where we will set some intentions for our dance at 7pm. Cacao is a delicious, gentle, heart-opening drink that is used to help us open, connect and feel more energised! The cacao on offer will be Casa Cacao, served by cacao alchemist, Jenna Joan www.casacacao.co.nz. Please BYO mug - if cacao is not your thing, please let us know.
