 Gather with like-minded souls across the beautiful landscapes of Aotearoa and take a moment to exhale from the hustle and bustle of Christmas. Let's come together to celebrate the longest day of light with a liberating facilitated free-form movement journey – Somatic Dance.  

*What is Somatic Dance?*
Somatic Dance is a liberating free-form facilitated movement journey, with epic beats to support the journey to inner freedom. It's a space to gather and reclaim the joy and release of dancing in a non-judgmental environment. The recipe for our celebration is simple: No booze, no shoes, great music, and an epic tribe coming together to dance.

I used to lose myself in dance but now it’s the place I go to find and connect with my soul. Somatic dance allowed me to find compassion and love for a body I once felt disconnected from and I’m fizzing to be able to provide spaces where other humans can do the same. I’m inspired by my experiences as an exotic dancer, my adoration for buddhism, and hype for music. This allows me to bring boundless energy to the dance floor. Providing such an infinite, deep, and sensual movement journey sets my heart on fire. I’m here to bring inclusive, energetic experiences to Aotearoa so that people feel able to express their truest form.

LadyFem; Soundscape Creator

LadyFem has been journeying through the embodiment landscape for many years and resonates most deeply with practices steeped in tradition. She is a certified Somatic Dance Facilitator and Traditional Tantric practitioner. A dance floor activator and container creator; she invites others into a fuller, more authentic expression of themselves.
