An invitation to dive deep into the underworld of your human body — exploring the Yin practice through a somatic lens. Awaken interoceptive awareness & body-based sensing through this loving invitation to be with the wordless experience of the body landscape.
EARTH — Mon 06.10
A journey through the Five Elements of TCM — exploring the Yin practice through a TCM lens to target specific meridian channels and understand how the body organs are in relationship to different elemental expressions in the natural world. Come home to knowing the body as part of nature.
We will gather at the temple space Ashtanga Yoga Belaku in the heart of Noosa junction.
